Proving...

That we can make bread!
I went to a breadmaking workshop this afternoon, held in a friend's kitchen just around the corner.
This was a WI organised event (one of two this week)
in order to refine our breadmaking skills before we bake for a pop-up stall at our village Cafe next month.
We had a delightful afternoon, which included a delicious afternoon tea!
Here are my breadsticks and several miniature loaves proving before being baked. No bread maker was used!
