Baking!

Having had a bread maker for over a year, I decided to make some rolls this morning. The bread maker does the mixing and first rising, then I took the dough out, made it into roll shapes left them to prove, and baked them in the oven.
A bit more effort than letting the machine do the loaf, but they were delicious !
