Early up, early in the morning sun past shining crows flying low over the summery grass, early into work.
Most of the things I’d meant to do today got pushed aside by a lot of people unexpectedly wanting help with training. I love making that happen but by the end of my day I’d done only half of what I'd planned for the day, the camera was still in the bottom of my bag, it was raining and I was so exhausted I couldn’t imagine finding a picture. But I took myself to the river, the sun came out and suddenly I was surrounded by pictures: a runner trailing his shadow, a couple of rowers who I don’t think will be a couple much longer, picturesque people out for evening walks, reflections of the setting sun, magpies...
