Tur(n)ing in his grave!

The promised spectacular laser light show to commemorate the work of war-time Enigma code breaker, Alan Turing, spectacularly failed to deliver!

My friend, Beewriter, and I braved the cold at The Imperial War Museum North (pictured) lured out with the promise of spectacular lights beamed from the roof of the nearby Lowry Theatre. Volunteers from the theatre sought our opinion on the event.
I asked, "How do you spell BLEUGH?"

The highlight of our evening though was watching Northwest Tonight weather girl Eno
Eruotor do her piece to camera, practiced about eight times, and lasting all of 45 seconds on screen. AND my goodness that girl has a towering ego to match her towering heels!

The very nice cameraman, who had the mis-fortune to be working with her even felt he had to apologise to us for her diva-like attitude.
