turn, turn, turn

about a week ago, this stand of trees in the park were just beginning their journey into the red - how fast things change...

nightmare day yesterday - day one of standing in for the features production editor and i just couldn't get to grips with things at all :-( tied in knots from start to finish - tho i knew the day wasn't going to go well when i got in, switched on the computer and discovered the monitor had died overnight and had to track down IT to get a new one... today was better, a weekend close to normality will be nice, then it's five days straight - *gulp*
