light relief

there will be no filling of those last blip gaps, sorry - not a snap was taken in the week from hell... i missed lunch with my parents on monday, missed lunch hours almost every day, worked extra every night and barely had time to say hi to my pals, let alone take a breath :-( tho i did find by the end of the week i mostly knew what i was doing, which is good. thank gods it's over tho!!

finished up on friday at a leaving do, tho didn't stay late as it was up early to get the train to york (via carlisle, taking four hours, thanks to engineering works!!!) for my pal N's wedding. it's years (decades) since i've been here, so it's been pleasant to just wander, browse, potter and generally mooch around the place. this isn't where N and E are getting married (that's here), but i couldn't wander york and not snap the minster :-)
