Sport Relief 2014

Great day at the Olympic Park. My knee is now so sore it's hard to believe I didn't do any of the events and I was a little sad not to be but does make me certain it was the right decision. Lots of people there and lots going on but as well organised as we have come to expect from everything at the Olympic Park.

The kids (and Carl) completely loved it and are already making plans for the next one so hopefully I'll get to play too.

Now it's back home with the knee up on ice and a plan for not moving.

Exhausting but very lovely.
