An apple a day

An early trip to the gym before church. Home for lunch followed by a couple of hours with the children down at the climbing wall. J had the confidence to go right to the top today, encouraged by the promise of a new lego figure. It was C's first time there, she enjoyed it and did really well on the bouldering wall, but was less confident when attached to the rope. Illogical really but I can relate to that one.

There are a few photos from the wall but they're not great, and I much preferred this one of C on her makeshift bed on the sofa after lunch.
