Night

I dismantled the beehives this morning. The bees died two winters ago, and I'm going to try a different hive type when I get a new colony in May.

Later, I started rotovating in the garden. The patch that we cultivated last year was fine, but the patch where the hives had been was too wet. I'm hoping for a dry spell.

Even though this morning started off sunny it snowed in the afternoon and there wad already frost by early evening. Claire says this will be the last cold week. We'll see.
