It's Official

We booked our tickets for our next vacation.

We will be going to Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, and Vietnam. Plans could definitely change, as they most always do, but for now, these are the countries we think we can easily experience during our month long vacation from teaching.

Officially, we are off from Jan. 16th - Feb. 21st. We'll want to get back a few days early to prepare for teaching again.

It's so very exciting! We both love Thai food and can't wait to learn how to cook it. We found this place to possibly do just that: The Thai House

I'm sure the next few weeks we will get a better idea of what to see and do. I can't wait to get my DSLR back tomorrow so it will be ready to go for this next adventure.

Hope the beginning days of December or as we call it here "shí èr yuè" are going beautifully for you all.
