Gotham City Town Hall

......Now I have never been to Gotham City......nor have I ever met Batman!.....not the introduction for a Blip that I was ever expecting to use...I have to say....however, every time I look at the Department of Health/DWP in Quarry Hill, Leeds, and particularly at the strange transmission aerial at the top of the spire I think of Mayor Tony Garcia switching on the Bat signal in a plea for help!

.....but that might just be me!

Leeds.......twinned with Gotham City is probably not the headline that West Yorkshire tourist authority were looking for.....but I think it would be quite cool!
