Jammies Day

Katie and I agreed yesterday that today would be a jammies day. It didnt go to plan. She wanted to go to church, which I didnt want to discourage, and she wanted to cycle there. Off we set in glorious spring sunshine. She had fun at church, loved seeing the Cousins and had a great time in Sunday School.

We set off to the supermarket for a few bits. It began to cloud over. We left the supermarket and it rained quite a bit more as we headed home. However she wasnt amused at having to stop playing out when we got back. It hailed, it thundered, it sleeted, it finally snowed a little. She still wanted to go out and play with her friends!

Mid afternoon, it was nice enough to go out for a while, so we put tea on to slow cook and took her bike out for a bit longer. We had a play with her friend (and tea & cake for her sister's birthday). They both wanted to cycle out together. So yet more cycling followed!
