Green Leaves

It has been another fabulous day weather wise - sun shining and a nice bit of warmth is to be had (as long as you are out of the wind...)

This afternoon, I enjoyed just sitting at the step of our front door - cup of tea in hand watching the world go by....I noticed that the sun was shining thru the flower heads and leaves and this particular leaf caught my eye........with its veins protruding, it just looked great.

Decided to get the macro lens out and try and capture it.......not sure if I have done it justice - would have loved to have used some focus stacking software to keep the whole image "tack sharp", but instead , just used a really small aperture to try and capture a greater depth of field......stills seems a bit soft....but I hope you like it...
