Exploring locally

Another stunning day here in Edinburgh. I needed to go into town, so took the scenic route over The Royal Bank of Scotland Bridge and then along the canal, which was frozen in many places. Plenty of folk out enjoying the sunshine which is always nice to see.

Called in at the Post Office to collect a parcel that couldn't be delivered but the postmaster couldn't find it?! His shrug of the shoulders and suggestion that I phoned Royal Mail did nothing to help.

Great day though with plenty of sunshine and lots of lovely fresh air.
