Pink Balloons

I spotted this pretty surprise just as I arrived at the top of Grafton Street on my walk to work, outside the park gates was this huge pink bunch of balloons. I think they had something written on them like an age or happy birthday or something, but it's almost nicer and more whimsical not knowing who or what they were for.
Maybe, just maybe they were left by some thoughtful commuter wanting to bring a smile to everyone's faces as they all headed into work...
Anyway, after that cheering sight and some chai latte once I got into the Store, Ali and I were just about ready to start the day.
To be honest it was another long but productive day as we managed to get all today's delivery and most of the transfer delivery from Cribbs processed.
Ali and I finished at 6ish and both headed home.
I came home and watched some episodes of Grimm and ate leftovers from yesterday for tea as Ted and I had snuggles in my dressing gown.
Luke met up with a uni friend who was on his course back home in town and they went for dinner and drinks.
Later on I made my usual hot water bottle and headed for bed with my book, Disney War.
Today I am grateful for cheery sights on my walk to work - daffodils, cherry blossom and sugary pink balloons.
