Sweet Dreams

Today walked Dexter with the Doggers and then went to the head woman, some helpful work, met Paul S for a coffee before he went to the CH for his head and then I wandered round the market and got some Veg and Meat. Went on MP3 which was great fun, nice to be out on it. Had Bertie for the day returned her and had a coffee with Rachel. Did not achieve anything, fingers crossed for a proper nights sleep, that might be whats happening with my mood.
