Solway Coast

We were treated to a trip to the coast today including a longish hike to the Oyster Beds at low tide. Thankfully I did not (unusually for me) end up face down in the sea doing a star fish impression. I did however lose my extremely cheap shutter release, which (as predicted by John) detached itself irretrievably from the cable and deposited itself at an unknown location on the Solway. Hopefully Amazon will come to the rescue tomorrow.

A great day, marred only by the lack of mojito ice cream due to the fact that the cafe proprietors had (rather thoughtlessly) timed a refit to coincide with our visit!
