Historic vehicle

Purely by chance I came across this beautifully maintained Mercedes two door coupe and noted that the number plate revealed that it was classed as a historic vehicle.

It's one car that I thought was the best that Mercedes Benz had ever produced. In speaking to the owner, he said it was manufactured in 1982 and was basically in original condition.
When I mentioned the quality of the paintwork, he assured me that it have never been attended to in the intervening years.

What a vehicle! I can only dream.
