Great retirement living

I've been checking retirement villages and was invited to check out this one in Glenhaven.
It's a stage by stage arrangement whereby as each section is completed, prospective residents are invited to move in upon purchase of course.
The builders then continue on to the next part of the village. The grounds are very extensive and I must say quite impressive.

The gardens are landscaped and maintained by staff associated with the project although residents are able to carry out some gardening should they desire.
From the photo you can see the admin. block and entertainment center on the right.

I'll need to check my "back pocket fund" before they are all sold.
