The banks along the lane have been strimmed!!!
All of the verges in the village were mown and strimmed by the council on Monday. I was unable to go for a walk yesterday and I rushed out this morning, full of enthusiasm to see how things had changed, only to find all of my 'babies' reduced to a green mush along the roadside...
