Lumix DMC-FZ5

Kathy and I are more than a bit jet-lagged today, but happily so as our trip home from Florida went perfectly yesterday.

We decided to minimize our activity today with indoor, low energy, projects.

My friend in Florida took his Lumix camera on a kayak adventure last year.

The camera became wet and has never functioned since.

Knowing that I love to fix stuff, he gave it to me so that I could tinker with it.

There are signs of life after partial dismantling, cleaning, and reassembly, however serious dysfunction continues.

I will make another effort to restore this nice little camera another day.
