So Many Destinations, So Many faces....

Since I was little, I have lived near the airport.

Prestwick is only 4 miles away. In my early teens, this was a great source of distress to me, being that 5 mile radius around airports was suggested to be the area which would be flattened in the event of a nuclear attack.

When my fears of nuclear holocaust were set aside, I then had the problems, of planes like this.... Circuits and bumps.

Round and round and round they go all day. This particular plane, I watched from an approximate distance of 400 yards, as it landed, rev'd up again, and took off, ran a circuit and then landed again. It must have done it at least 4 or 5 times an hour for the duration I was at work.

In between times, there was a little fat Easyjet doing the same thing, and a mahossive Air France cargo.

We've been in this office for 3 years, and the fascination of the planes has not yet left me.

Neither has the fear that one might just take a loup to one side and amma going to run fast.
