Birthday couple..

In the last few days, it has been my eldest daughter Kirstine's 39th birthday, and her partner Dave's 40th birthday. Two very special people.

Tonight we were out in Edinburgh for a meal and a few drinks in local pubs. I took this picture as they were speaking to friends at a bar.

It was a lovely evening. On returning on the train back to Kirkcaldy, Barbara and myself headed back home, but Kirstine and Dave set off with friends and relatives to finish the evening in style. Hope it ends well!

Its nice to spend time with nice people.
