I met Tova at recently opened Dawson's Market, a store that focuses on local and organic foods. It's in the neighborhood where we'll be building our new house, so I thought I'd check it out - gotta make sure there's food stuff within walking distance…

The first person I spotted in the store was Tova: she cut a striking figure, slim, with dreadlocks in a bun, a stylish scarf and hippy-like clothing. She's the "Nourish Manager" at the store, meaning she takes care of all the natural and organic beauty products from local and national brands. She willingly agreed to have her pic taken, saying that often people do so without asking her permission...
