Private Gig

Walked back from friends house, rather awkward as it looked like the walk of shame. Had a shower and then went to the beach with 2 Canadian girls and we found the 2 Swedish girls on the beach. Charlotte found us all later on the beach. Again the rip was incredibly strong, saw a couple of people getting saved by the lifeguards. They had such a good day for the finals of the surfing festival. The waves were huge and had a good barrel going. Spent about 4 hours there before heading back and having a snooze and then shower before Char came around with her friend Mike who she had met in Sydney. The 3 of us went to a Thai restaurant and all had a phad Thai, missed my phad Thais!! After that we headed to a bottle shop and got some goon to drink in the room. Luckily didn't get caught tonight when the security guards came around. We had taken the goon out of the box and hidden it under the sheet. If we get caught the fine is something ridiculous like $2000 for us and $5000 for them. Everyone hates them though as they don't give the fine they basically just steal your drink and they go off and have a big party. After drinking in the room we all went to the pub at Nomads. Then went to the club afterwards, it was a lot busier than last night. Met some people there from the night before.
