Rain, rain and more rain

The black rainstorm yesterday right after the 7s conclusion caused severe damage to many parts of HK! Shocking actually. We had a hailstorm that dropped hailstones the size of oranges which damaged the roof of a huge shopping centre sending the deluge cascading down escalators, and the various balconies in that shopping centre, at Festival Walk! Amazing video footage available too.

The weather continued to be dreary, dark and wet all day. Here's a view from our home looking out to Discovery Bay with some rather menacing clouds.

Hate to carry on about the weather but it's been quite eventful. The kids were hoping the day would have started with a black rain warning so they could miss school.
