My Blue Girl

My Roses have begun blooming, Yay! This is my lavender Blue Girl rose. I've had a couple of bushes die due to one dog and not enough water in another corner.
Buddy loves to bark at the little Yorkies next door through a tiny little whole in our brick fence. The poor rose bush got in the way. Maybe a fountain would keep him out, but I have a feeling it would only produce a daily wet dog.
