Laurel Blossom
For such a big, bruising shrub/tree or whatever it is, the blossom of the laurel is remarkably delicate. Unfortunately, I have a feeling that it gives me a mild hay fever - and there's an awful lot of it just outside our back door. If you look in large, you may be able to spot a fly sitting on one of the flowers.
Not much else in the way of photography today. It was pretty grey with a bit of rain during the afternoon, so I didn't get out on the bike and most of the morning was spent sorting out the rubbish and recycling, washing the bins and general cleaning around the house.
We caught another mouse in the trap last night - that's now five we have removed from the house since spotting that first one about ten days ago. I'll set it tonight and hope that I've now caught most of them.
