Well, not only steampipes (coming from- and going back to the boiler) but also (auxiliary)coolingwater and supports for cranes and so on (in yellow).
In the back, down in the middle the outgoing coolingwaterduct with a manhole.
Just above that: a green heat-exchanger (looks like a torpedo)
