Last day

I had a lovely send off from my fellow teaching fellows today. They made me this "happy carrot" card, made me carrot biscuits and carrot cakes. Why carrot? Well, it has been a constant source of amusement to them that with my lunchtime salad I always eat a whole raw carrot, everyday. And on the days when I have run out of carrots I have expressed how incomplete and disappointing my lunch feels. So that's why.

I brought along lots of (non-carrot containing) nibbles for everyone too and we had a pic nic in the sun. The cherry on top was being given an invite for Tom and I to attend Emma's wedding in July!

Tom had a sweet day at work today too- a team building trip to a theme park!! Afterwards we went to the cinema to watch Captain America. A great end to a great day for us both.
