Antonio .....

Firstly, Thank you for the response to yesterday's blip, you're all a lovely lot. I've had very little time online over the last couple of days and have a lot of comment catching up to do.

This evening I've had my first run out with the Harriers since injuring my ankle at the beginning of October. I joined the steady group of older chaps for a pleasant 5 mile run along the Dalesway. Antonio leads the steady group runs ( from the back ). He has a bit of a reputation for being a feisty character but I found he has a great sense of humour and really enjoyed chatting to him on the run, so today's blip is .....
