In the pink

Went into school today after three days in bed. Was definitely not in the pink! Kept thinking it was very warm in the lab, but it was just my feverish temperature! Did get quite a few important things done, though, such as collating my pupils' GCSE Controlled Assessment paperwork.

Didn't stick around after school as usual but came straight home. I have left ten senior girls painting banners in the lab - heaven knows what I will return to tomorrow! We are greeting students from our partner school in the USA this Saturday so the girls want to have big banners to welcome them to Belfast.

I 'm heading off for a lie-down now .....
