Woke up feeling rough today :(. Not helped by the dreary misty day.

Me and Lou held our own card class again tonight, we made this and two others (I'm guessing that's what she will blip!)

Still haven't decided on running mileage or my challenge, the challenge needs to start Monday so best get thinking, asked my pt earlier, may live to regret that!!
