That tree again

Forgot to say we saw House Martins between Porthtowan and Chapel Porth last Friday afternoon. Here we have robins sitting on a nest, blackbirds building one and I spotted a wren with nesting material, and they are all within ten feet of one another. The wrens are a bit fussy and the female chooses one nest from about half a dozen that the male builds, so we will have to wait and see.

I walked down to the postbox this afternoon and took a few pictures of this and that, but that tree won out again. I quite liked the fact that the tree has barely started to show leaves whilst the Hawthorn is green.
