Aw... C'mon!

It rained all day. All effing day. It rained and rained and rained and rained.

It didn't let up once, until 7pm. Then, and only then, it stopped bloody raining and the bloody sun came out. By which time the only thing the sun could reach was the top of the magnolia.

I'm being pathetic again today. I wrote this: Weird or Wired? and then had a shocking day.

After a bit of a meltdown I went out in the pouring rain and planted some potatoes, and started setting up a bamboo cane frame to plant some mange tout. Feeling a bit soggy but a bit more grown-up I cooked some dinner for everyone, then, when the rain stopped, I finished setting up my supports and put some seeds in the ground. A lot of seeds. I wonder if we'll manage to manger tout les mange tout.

It will be nice when these next few days are over.
