Squirrel Blip

I really wanted a squirrel Blip today. Someone at work had told me that you could hand-feed squirrels in Greenwich Park, but a quick Google pronounced them 'vicious' and 'menacing' with people claiming that they'd been bitten or mugged by these furry fiends.

Laughing in the face of danger, we set off (I'd packed gardening gloves just in case, as I didn't fancy spending the afternoon in A&E with rabies). We'd also packed an assortment of food; bran flakes, wholemeal rolls and popcorn (can't take nuts as Grace is allergic). At first, nothing. Then one shy, sweet squirrel literally hopped, skipped and jumped over to us and spent a good ten minutes happily posing for the camera and daintily nibbling our squirrel feast. We didn't hand-feed them (Grace was sniffed, but that was as close as he came) and we didn't need the gardening gloves. Or a Taser.

So there we are. Squirrel, Blipped.
