Colours of Autumn

After my busy few days just needed to blob today and I did apart from spending the latter part of the afternoon teaching a young child how to use a machine. The machine was old very small and basic. They had it totally jammed up and the mother did not know how to cope. Me to the rescue and eventually almost completed an apron and said child grinning from ear to ear. Her Scottish grandmother had started her on the apron when she was here so it was all beautifully tacked. Not too many do that in this day and age but a great way to teach a child the basics
6.15pm no blip!!!!! So here is a quick take of my Virginia creeper just starting to colour up nicely.
Tomorrow daylight saving finishes so for a few short weeks we will be back to lighter mornings but boy will it be dark early at night. I love daylight saving but will soon get used to the change again.
