End of the Year

Today is the lsat day of the tax year. Not a date that has had huge significance in my life, but an important date nonetheless. I think I may have known the reason for this rather abstract date in the calendar, but it is one of the many facts that has passed through the sieve of my memory.

This dolphin at Stonehaven beach seems to have been so excited as to have been shown in this sculpture leaping through the water, or possibly air. A walk along the beach from end to end and back must be a good few steps, but it was more of a stroll than a route march.

Weather was threatening rain from time to time, but apart from a few drops never materialised into a shower.
