This chap can be found on the wee road from Broughton to Biggar!
This wee road is delightful ,and at this point there are two alternative routes to Biggar!
And this chap clearly has an opinion as to the most scenic route!
So he stands there in ,sun,rain,hail and snow ,just to help you make your mind up!
Is he right?
