..........a ray of sunshine...........

My last blip was of the final piece in the kitchen jigsaw on Tuesday.

Since then I haven't had the energy/inclination/desire/creativity to post another.

I've been knackered every evening after work........totally devoid of any ideas......fed up.......and generally can't be arsed.

Last night things started to pick up a bit..........a small win on the Euro Lottery........we finally got round to cooking in the kitchen, steaks...........a new blender for me from the Boss.

Today I went out to see the boys..........the Boss bought a new corner microwave........and some more kitchen bits and pieces.........the S & H, YH, Charlie and Hannah came to visit..........I backed the second and third in the National, a tidy sum to collect tomorrow............United won 4-0.

Tomorrow is going to be a quiet day....we were going fishing but we've looked at the weather for Accrington............pissing down.....so it's a day at home.

The Boss has been equipping the kitchen with all new stuff since Phil finished......bin......microwave.....mixer......blender....crockery.......chopping board......storage jars......utensils............I've ordered a case of wine to fill the wine rack.

Five more work days..........then two weeks off for Easter...............so I've decided...no more moany blips about aches and pains or work..........only positive things........and more shots outside the house now the lighter evenings are here.......who knows, if the weather picks up we may even have a barbie over the hols!
