The Bloody Tour

Thank you to everyone for the stars and favourites for my Kingfisher yesterday. Something a bit more mundane today. Did I mention that the Tour de France will be passing our house on 6 July? I'm sure it will take at least 30 seconds for them to flash past, but in the meantime, we will be subjected to several months of hype and disruption. You will note the helpful precision of the message that dropped through our letterbox. This is on top of the current disruption being caused to the local roads due to the tram rails being re-laid at present. Yes, it'll all be great when it's done. In the meantime, I think I need a holiday.
