A birthday cheesecake

Bit disappointed with this as it wasn't quite cooked in the middle, but it tasted ok, laced with rhubarb and ginger.

Also, one of the two sparklers ( thought I had more but the packet was almost empty - aren't I organised?! ) refused to light until the other one had expired, hence there is only one burning here when there should have been another one in the opposite side!

All a bit disappointing from my point of view, but the birthday boy enjoyed it.

We're just waiting for an Indian takeaway now. All sounds a bit tame but it's been a miserable day here and the daft idiot agreed to work tonight ( he almost never works on a Sunday night!! ) so we haven't been able to go to the pub for a Sunday session either.
