Gone to the dogs

Managed to get all 3 weegie children out today - tempted by the thought of lunch at Ikea and an overdose of horseballs Meatballs.

This excitement was almost overwhelming as we headed thereafter to Costco to stock up on essential paper products and the usual mountain of chocolate chips (for baking).

This evening I was allowed out alone, time to meet up with two former school pals to discuss our upcoming 'big' birthday celebrations.

It's odd to think that all my old school friends, no matter where they are in the world, will all be turning a special age over the next 12 months or so.

I just think I'm still 36.
