Kiwi style Sunday Roast

Today we decided that we should start packing again. So after exhausting CJ at hi swimming lesson! we headed home with the intent to start packing. But with the sun shining and a lovely warm day, we instead decided to have butterflied BBQ lamb leg for lunch.

So while S2 cooked the BBQ, CJ alternated from helping with the BBQ to running around the garden in the sun. Then we all sat down for a very yummy lunch - with the BBQ corn being CJ's fsvourite!

Then while CJ had a quick recharge nap, we managed to pack some boxes - but the peace and quiet didn't last long and soon we were all in the kitchen making bread and then corn fritters for tea! And yes there was flour everywhere!

After dinner, as the sun was still shining we all headed out for one last run around before it was time for CJ to go to bed!

I think we are all exhausted tonight!
