The Gift
I was still enjoying the beautiful flowers from my Granddaughter, her fiance' and my Great grandson when I took this picture. Every time I looked at them I could recall the long late night drive for them to have to do to share my birthday with me, discussing wedding plans and playing with Ben - Spectacular! spectacular! Spectacular! Spiderman! He is such fun (and helps me so much on my Ipad!)
After I got home I called Verizon, many times, to see what happened to the phones I had ordered. I could never get through to them. Finally, I found a Verizon number that promised "quick customer service" and I called it. It was not really Verizon, and the person I talked to who answered "Verizon, customer service" said that Verizon had found that my system had been hacked and he needed me to give him permission to go into my computer to search for the hacker. I know better, but I had dialed Verizon so I thought.......That was my first mistake. Anyway, needless to say, he was scamming me. I had a really bad feeling and stopped it before too much damage was done - except for the fact that I was off everything for a while. Oh well, live and learn, as they say! So, I am posting a few older pics.
