Bokar National Park

We got up and hired a scooter and went for an amazing breakfast at a place called "Epic Hearts" which is a place run to help people with disabilities. It was a little bit more expensive but the standard of food and the fact we're helping people made it worthwhile.

After breakfast we headed straight out to Bokar national park which was a 10 minute drive from town. Once you reach the entrance it's a 30km drive to the top of the hill on the best road in Cambodia. The road was built to help ferry tourists to a huge casino complex at the top. Also at the top is an abandoned casino complex built by the French in the 1940's, a church and various other random stuff. It was really cloudy at the top so we didn't get the stunning views we had been told about so much about.

In the afternoon I filled in a job application that I thought would take me about an hour............I finished it about 3 hours later with a lot of help from alison. I would really like a job set up before I head back to Scotland and this is the only way to achieve it.

For dinner we headed out to a place that had an offer called "Monday Madness" which gave you a beer for every dollar you spent on food!! We made an order and were happy when we received 10 free beers. Also in the hostel is a crazy golf course where I beat Alison 4-3 to take the championship. We we're having a beer when a French man walked in who owned a rock climbing school. It was decided myself and alison would sign up to go climbing the next morning. All 10 or 12 beers were drunk and it was back for a sleep before going climbing in the morning.
