Shark lookout!

We are on the ferry coming back from Waiheke Island another fabulous day, we hired a car and after a look around the town drove out to Man O War Winery and had a lovely Platter and glass of wine.
After that we doubled back to go to Stoney Battery, it was a bit of a walk in on a hot afternoon, we soon weal led off our lunch food and wine!!
The Battery was interesting and had amazing tunnels which we walked done and up many steps! It was very dark we had to have torches. They took years to build and in the end were never used in the war.
The big rocks in the area took my fancy especially Jaws!! They were part of a larva flow from a nearby volcano. Someone obviously had an eye and a spence of humour and a pot of paint!!!!
Just docking must push done!!
