Its the small things ....

This is Ben's brand new ukelele! He bought it to try a new instrument and has not stopped playing it since Saturday evening, REALLY! It's with him 24/7 and despite being home sick today, he still played it nonstop. He's learnt how to play a few contemporary songs already and it really does sound like a very happy instrument. And it's oh so small and cute!. I like it ... now I want a guitalele, which is a guitar and ukelele combined and about the same size as a ukelele.

Been an interesting day with a miserable start but it was nice having Ben home despite his being sick, which he has very kindly passed on to me and now I feel sick :( Tomorrow some retail therapy in Shenzhen.
