Oh yes ... That's what I'm talkin' about!!!

Peking Duck or now called Beijing Duck, one of the great attractions for me up in Shenzhen! Four of us headed up today and only two of us wanted to have Peking Duck :( ... How were we going to make this work? Anyway, my friend Joanna and I went ahead and ordered it, and decided we would have ONLY that and it made so much sense!

It was wonderful, the chef even asked us if we wanted thin or thick pieces to which we both answered with a resounding "THICK"! Some people like to have just the skin. The remaining meat gets taken away and minced and brought back served with iceberg lettuce to use as a wrap.

Here's a pic of the chef lovingly carving our duck. Do notice the plastic mouth/nose guard so he doesn't breathe or spit on the food.
