THE WEATHER FORECASTER

The Monday Mono Challenge is WOOD – now I often forget about this, but my entry today may - or may not – qualify.

All across the world governments invest huge amounts of money to forecast the weather.
In a sleepy Yorkshire Dale today I found the most accurate weather forecasting instrument known to Man in the technological world.

Out of picture, lying on the ground, was a single stone. A Yorkshire Stone ! Not huge, but plenty big enough to provide the data required to interpret the instructions posted here.
It is so simple any Blipper anywhere in the world can understand it – but you cannot have it because it belongs in God’s Own County – so there !
